I had given order of Wallpaper & Safety door for my home located in Beverly park, Mira road on 20-Oct-2019 to Furniture Hub Mr. Faizaan. Total cost was 54000 Rs (Wallpaper – 19000 Rs & 34000 Rs for safety Door). Mr. Faizaan has promised me wallpaper work will be complete by 21-Oct-2019 before evening but i waited for his people whole day and finally they reached my home by 6.30 pm. They have taken stairs from my society lift which i told them not to take from lift but even after my denial they taken from lift and broke society camera installed in Lift. I immediately called Faizaan and informed about this broken camera, he said let work complete and will see. They completed work by 10 pm and left. 19000 Rs work completed. i Asked Mr. Faizaan for Safety door next day and asked him to share Jaali design, after so many follow-ups he sent design by 3.30 pm, i said send few more which again he sent on next day evening. I finalized 1 same day and told him to start work so that it can be finish before Diwali means by Friday. Mr. Faizaan took step back, failed to keep commitment and said Karigar not available and wasted 1 more day Thursday. I spoke to him and told based on your promise to complete work before Diwali, i gave you advance, return it. In reply he said we will not refund as i arranged raw material and we will complete work after Diwali without complaint. i told a week after Diwali start you work, i put another colleague / may be owner Named Mr. Swaaz in between. but now he said that complete your payment then we start work. i said you are so many times lie, you broke promise to complete work before Diwali, how can i pay you more amount. Conversation happened, just 2 weeks before finally i went to police station, Kanakia with all his bills. Police called both guys in station and asked him to complete work but there also he said without further payment, he won’t start work, there also he lies a lot. based on police involvement i was ready to pay more amount 10k and went to his shop and asked him to give written commitment of work completion date. he again backed off and said we will not do your work and given 11000 Rs cheque to me, i asked him some compensation of camera but he has denied and asked me to call directly to his fellow who broke camera. i called that person, he also backed off. Due to this i WhatsApp Faizaan and Mr. Swaaz as well that make some payment for society camera and that converted to hot talk. i abused, in return they also. After that Faizaan has stopped my cheque of 11000 Rs which I paid advance. I deposited that stopped cheque in ICICI bank and came to know Cheque has been stopped by Drawer. again, I went to Kanakia police station, again they called both guys where they denied to pay and said this case belongs to other police station Kashimira Police station so I should go there. Kanakia police said they are helpless, and I should go through Consumer court. After that nothing has happened. Thanx to read
