pathetic service if 0 star is possible i will give 0, At the time of buy they will promise every thing like 5 year warranty n all but not delivery neither service nor good product . faulty 3rd class wood furniture, furniture quality is pathetic, i purchased elephant sofa from them with in 3 month wood was gone due to termite & when i ask them to provide me service from then my nightmare start . no service no sense of responsiblity .shop is full irresponsible person like Hashmath, Rafiq & Anwar . very very bad experience. if you want to live in peace don't buy from them better go royalook or home or some other branded shop

Recently I have also purchased sofa from them. Wood was pathetic, I ask them to give repair but they didnt turn up, I was keep calling them but they didnt respond, they also promised me for the 5 year service. Bunch o[censored]nprofessional guys who dont kow customer service at all, lost my 30 k, I am thinking file consumer case against them as they keep harrasing us in name of fraud service.
Genuine advice dont buy from them if you want to save money

Pathetic experience with these guys, I had purchased sofa from them, wood got fault with in 3 month, when I asked for the service they start making excuses, I keep calling them but they didnt turn up, group o[censored]nprofessional people working who dont abc of customer relationship, they only know how to cheat people by giving fault product, I am thinking to file fir against these

These guys took my sofa for repair but didnt return back, I am keep calling them but they are not responding. Bunch o[censored]nprofessional guys . Pathetic experience.

Bought a sofa from these unprofessional guys..The sofa started causing problem when from 2 weeks of delivery..They will not respond even if we call..Is there is a way we can take action against these guys

Worst ppl...they are running their business cheating the customers. They don't deliver what we order and the quality is so poor that the product will start giving problem just after few months (who uses card board on the hand rest)...after that the endless calling and follow-up starts...either they will not pick phone or will say some medical emergency ...all the man Hasmat, Rafiq, Sayad and Feroz all big cheaters...never buy anything from this shop. Really want these ppl to be punished for harassing customers.

I have already paid an adv of 5 K and they promised me to deliver the furniture 2 weeks back. What should I do now?

This is the worst shopping experience of my life. They promised me to deliver the furniture in a week's time. It has been three weeks now.
The guy named Rafiq speaks rudely overphone and keeps giving one or the other excuses (if he picks up, as i have tried from other numbers) otherwise most of time he doesnt pick the call.
Afte reading the horrible experiences of people i nonlonger want the furniture.
I have already given an advance amount of 2K.
Can anyone suggest me what should i do.
