On dec 24th self purchased a shoe rack S/K - 162 along with dining table and centre table order# SC/4334. The same was delivered on 27th and full payment made. At the time of assembling the same it was found the a side piece was damaged and a chunk of wood missing. The same was brought to the notice of the fitting man who also after seeing the piece recommended a replacement of the same as the same cannot be covered by polishing. Followed up with him @ [protected] and he updated the same to his office.
I have been repeatedly calling Mr.[protected]@[protected] from whom the purchase was made for the same and he finally assured last Tuesday that someone will come to re-place the same within the week but no one came for the same last week.
And today after 15 days received a call from a person that he will polish the same. How can a chunk of wood be fulfilled by polish when i have very clearly stated that it had to be re-placed.
Now Mr. Prateek says the part in out of stock and all. Why is it that the part which is found damaged is always out of stock.
This is my first experience with Estillo and has not been a good one and for sure i would not plan to make another purchase with them or recommend to others.
Kindly see the damaged part is replaced immediately to absolve me from further agony.

I have bought an wardrobe from estillo hyland park just a month ago. Within 5 days it has got covered with fungus almost all of the sides of it. Repeatedly complaining to this shop no one attend to do some good instead of giving me a complaint no. 2507. Now I will go to the consumer court because I am the last person to compensate my problem.
Pathetic service and ill mannered staff. Bunch of hooligans rather "Para er DADA" type guys "korbo na jan, ja korarar korun"
Having a very bad rather miserable experience with Estillo furniture store in Netaji Nagar. On 28th October we had logged a complain for fungus and few other defects like the shelf is bend, rust on hinges and the lower drawer is open like its channel is non functional. But only fungus issue was written down in register, latter we have been to the store and mentioned the things they said they will get the things sorted an send the guy. But send a guy for only fungus treatment again we went to the store they said they will send the carpenter but as a frustrated customer I went to the store on 28th November and said when they are going to send the carpenter they said they will send today, also I said that your customer service is very poor we have to wait for 1 month to fix the issue. In the evening again i went t store as the carpenter did not came till 5 pm, on going to the store the customer care guys care guys started shouting they due to me their customer did not brought the product, so they are not going to repair the damage. Want an apology from your customer service guys in store. also want you the fix the issue. complain no 2953.

Dont buy any product from estilo..they are big chiter..oder one product but deliver different product..damage product in packet but not replace. kol 700040 showroom manager is very dangerous public.payment full they r not treated.very bad experience..big chiter estilo furniture.

After 6 months, I have to thrown everything and not to use. Don't buy anything from estillo furniture. It sells very very bad product and provide poor service after sale. Never recommend anyone to go and buy any furniture from estillo.

I have brought a sofaset-micro colour Albela from Outspaces furnitures Pvt. Ltd at 193, NSC Bose road showroom on 14/10/2014.This sofaset have developed defect of the leather on one sofa setside.I would like to repair this from your showroom.I am ready to pay for the same.Unfortunately, there is no response.The description says as listed below:-

It is with due respect that I would like to let you know that we had bought a sofa set from Estillo showroom located at Mani Square Mall. Our order Number was 50395. There the demonstrator had shown us a number of sofa sets.
But at the very outset we had enquired him whether any springs are provided within the sofa, as we had prior sour experiences regarding spring-fitted sofa. Nonetheless, the demonstrator had assured us that no springs are provided, rather elastic belts are provided. So, we had agreed readily and had placed an order on 28/10/2016.
But when the sofa set was delivered in our home at night on 03/11/2016, we had found the following discrepancies:
1. that, springs have been provided within the sofa. A characteristic metallic, screeching sound is being emitted every time one sits upon a single sofa. Our interpretation is that the spring has been broken already. Also the springs can be clearly felt by hand when one touches the sofa after lifting the cushion.
2. that, the finishing of the sofa was not good enough.
In the very next morning, i.e. 04/11/2016, we have informed the corresponding showroom about the above-mentioned problems.
A company of your stature, with such a brand-name, is expected to deliver goods of the highest quality and finest grade. But on the contrary, you are providing misinformation, supplying poorly finished products and above all, you have done a breach of trust, since your words and actions don't match.
In this situation, we would request you to think over the entire matter. We can only suggest from our side, to exchange the present sofa set with another sofa set, maybe of higher price.
It would be better if you respond to us at the earliest.
