Fusioncollection.in — I still haven't received the goods even after making the online payment

I ordered Turbo Spin Mop that removes over 99% bacteria, with Easy wheels, Triangular head products to the company in 20.10.2021 for which I paid 210/- online for which I also received confirmation mail my order number was #112121.
But even after almost 1 year I have neither received the goods nor got my payment back.
