This is my worst experience with a Future Choice Club/ Future choice hospitality India Ltd. The sweetness and the gesture the sales team will show while selling their membership, you will be bound to fall into their trap, and once your card is swipe, they will give you an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. They will not let you read the other conditions saying that you can read it later.

On 22nd September they called me and my wife for the promotional event and offered the membership of 1.5 lac which we denied and want to move outside, however they forced and offered 73500 membership with EMI option with approval form No # 5367. They also commit that all 5 star properties on their panel except Taj and Oberio and the membership is cancellable any time, only usage amount will be detect.,
On 23rd we search their properties and found all 2 and 3 start properties are available. At the same point of time I understood that this is clear fraud happened with us. On 24th we drop mail to Future choice club mail # [protected]@futurechoiceclub.com.
On 25th received call from Ms. Meghna (Future choice club executive ) stating that all properties and not updated on their portal, so she shared the PDF file through mail, we go through the same and found that except one or two good properties nothing is available.
So we again informed them to cancel my membership and return my entire amount as I had not use any services.
From 25th Sep 2023 they started to harass me, forced me to visit their office for refund, I visited on 10th Oct 2023 and connect with multiple guys stated below :-
.1. Mr. Alok :- Abuse me and told me only 50% will return rest you forget.
2. Mr. Dharmendra :- Stated the same thing and also confirm you will not get the single money return. Also mentioned that " Go and file complaint to consumer court nothing will happen. This is our daily work".
3. Basant Dubey :- Who sales me this membership. He promise that he had option to book the property which are not available on their portal by paying additional 2000 or 3000 amount. He asked me to share the list of hotels with date, he will book the hotels.
On 11th Oct 2023, I shared my itinerary with them and ask them either book or share confirmation that you will provide the booking.
Post that they start mail me to first start membership and avail one service. I clearly declined their offer and ask them again to cancel the membership. Now they start mentioning on mail that your membership is not cancellable.
Now its more than ONE MONTH, I start paying EMI to bank for the services which I not utilized. Future choice club is fraud organization, formed to just garb the poor people hard earned money by unlawful method.
Request you to please help me to get my money from Future choice club.
