My T24 mobile no. [protected] with a balance of Rs. 1433.50 has been disconnected from your end CITING BOGUS reason.. Kindly arrange for early re-connection of the number or refund the balance in my account without delay.
Since I was never intimated that I cannot send sms within permissible limit of 100 sms in a day, which I have not violated, i urge that the connection be restored with immediate effect or balance refunded without delay.
I AM REGULAR CUSTOMER OF BIG BAZAAR AND TODAY I AM FEELING CHEATED. PLEASE REFUND MY BALANCE SO THAT I CAN USE IT AND FINALLY STOP USING T24 AND STOP SHOPPING AT FUTURE GROUP STORES. NO MORE HARM CAN BE DONE TO A COMPANY LIKE BIG BAZAR THAN BY CHEATING ITS OWN CUSTOMERS.
