I had a money in my future app wallet which was gonna expire on 30th jan 19, i went to meerut shopprix mall for the shopping on republic day (Ie 26th jan 2019). I was planned to waived off my money using future app wallet but at the time of billing counter billing officer said that the future pay app server is down.
Its really disappointed that my money has been waived off/expired twice from wallet.
I dont think that its my fault if server is down or any technical issues. I dont have all day to wait for the server to be up. I also have big bazaar shopping card which i am going to stop.
Hope somebody will consider my problem. Till now i have lost 500 rs from my wallet. Was this information helpful? |
