Future Pay/ Big Baazar — Money is debited , order cancelled , no refund

I have placed orders previously, the refunded money from those orders were put into future pay wallet, rather than my bank account, which was my original payment method. On 19th may 2021 I placed an order with payment via future pay, the status showed awaiting payment, and now cancelled, there is refund made, I have sent several mails, not received any help from your side, I tried contacting customer care of big bazaar, they told me to contact future pay, infact they were so rude, so unprofessional. The customer care number of future pay does no go through .
I need my refund immediately and query solved, otherwise I will go to consumer court .
