I have purchased a Koryo chopper from ezone bigbazar, Landmark Ramdaspeth branch, Nagpur on 15/08/2014. The product was under warranty. This chopper was defective & was not working. Therefore I approached customer care desk, Ramdaspeth, Nagpur. The customer care representative ask me to keep my non working chopper & ask me to come after 3 days. But from last 65days the customer care executives are not responding & my chopper is still been kept with the Customer Care Executive, Bigbazzar, Ramdaspeth, Nagpur. Therefore I would request you to kindly look in to the matter & take necessary action so that my chopper would be received back as soon as possible.
