Company is a mom shop operation, No Business ethics of meeting their payroll obligations. Does not have any roadmap ready to offer Healthcare related outsourcing services. Have resorted to legal help to claim unpaid retainer service fee in excess of 9 months. Complaint already filed with US department of labor, IRS and dept of treasury. Very unprofessional management.

FGT has failed to pay my retainer fee since July 2014 thru February 2015.. Any Healthcare medical coder should ensure that they have a good contract. The company has been notorious of not having paid it senior employees several times since inception. The company is not HIPAA certified and has no security to protect customer data.
