, me name is G.B.SINGH. car no. rj 19ua 9070 ertiga My car got stop on road i try many time to start, but i felt so i called lmj jodhpur they not have crane service they gve me no. fr crane person, than itook car bring in lmj, thay said fuel pump problem, and this pump not aviaiable in rajasthan so they order need 3 days than i give them knowledge my car in warranty, they face felt down i dnt know why, after check they said pump is burn, so need pay i surprise what is my fault, realy and there behaviour is very rood, than i contact mr sanjiv sharma jaipur, very nicely he spoke to me and said tom, wl send this pump and check if possible wl change, any way i gve my old pump there in lmj, waiting fr maruti reply
dear sir my suggestion to maruti pls dnt gve warranity to custmer which no use when u want extend give so many promise when require pay horrable situation in lmj there mr mishra so bad behivour i realy very much afraid to go lmj in future they can do more bad with my car, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , iam very much upset with this system i can understand maruti have lot customer so ... awaiting neccary action on my complain,
2. I asked them fr cap inlet pipe chagne writtten in job card they said not available 500 mtrs friends trading i bought 64 rs. same thing and change, means they order fr fuel pump should order cap also ...
