G - Block, Mother Dairy Booth — Mis Behave with Woman Customer on 28th March, 2015

I have a serious complaint against Mother Dairy Booth owner of G-Block Preet Vihar, Delhi-110092. He is behaving very rudely with customers in general.Today he sold us the expired ice cream brick to us and when we requested him to replace the same he refused to do so and behaving very rudely with my wife and daughter. He is creating nuisance by keeping the nearby area very dirty. I request to the concerned authority to take immediate action against him otherwise I have no option but to take legal / police action against him. The mother dairy booth is adjacent to my house.
