This nanny service is a complete scam. We have paid for a contract for 1 year for a nanny service. The lady name Shaila calls herself owner of this agency. She provided only 1 month service and than the lady she send started taking emergency leaves without notice and this lady from agency keeps giving fake reasons . After than she sends a useless another lady just for 4 days and again that lady goes on leave and never comes back or takes calls. This lady from agency never picks the calls at all and give the phone to her son to make him tell she is not around.
