G.Vijayababu — Booked ticket but not received message / ticket deducted from my bank account

I have booked a ticket Hyderabad to Eluru on 2.6.15 Garuda + i.e 04 Tickets
for Rs.2264/- on 31.7.2015. Cell.no.[protected] in the name of DV.Prasad

But Message not received to Cell phone. Ticket also not received through Online
But deducted from my bank Account Rs.2264/- Kindly refund my amount atonce.
