GadgetShieldz — Payment not refunded

Dear Sir/Madam I was shoping online my product on the web site "www.gadgetshieldz.in" on 13/05/2015. I made payment through state bank of Bikaner and Jaipur internet banking . Payment 699 ruppies was deducted from my account and transaction was failed and no payment refunded yet. Bank statement show that payment has transfer to 6115 reference no.[protected]IG0AA DQKS5 as I attached bank statement copy. please refund my payment .

I was order mobile skin through phone pay upi, amount is also debited in my account but didn't get message to order placed or order confirm no stays showing in his website please help me

I ordered screen protector from the official site of gadgetshieldz where after going to the check-out for the order I payed by UPI option (Google Pay) of amount RS 539. Once I payed the money the site did nothing nor placed any order nor showed any order details.

I have mailed them and attached the payment receipt.
Kindly refund the money as it's a big in your system.
I have earned my money by doing lots of hard work and I don't want money to get wasted like this.
Kindly do the needful and get me out of this situation.
