Gail (India) Limited — Gas home connection not completed (Even after 2 years of payment)

I am, resident of Varanasi, N8/180/F-21, Newada, Kailashpuri Coloney, Sunderpur, have paid Rs 354 each for three gas connection Vide
registration number 08423, 08427, 08428 all dated 3.7.2018

All the payments are made by cheque.

But the connection has not completed till today.
When we try to contact the concerned officer, he politely tell us
to file a complaint.
