Gala Haven Housing Society — Transfer fees and maintenance

The said society is charging transfer fee of 100Rs/sq ft which comes to more than 1.5 lacs in excess of 50000Rs set by Govt of Gujarat in name of development of society while the same money is taken by committee members for fixing things which is conflict of interest and are involved in corruption and no work has been done to fix it, if asked account details they're not disclosing it and local police are accomplices while they keep harassing owners who raise these concerns charging them more and levied 18% interest on maintenance 2 members have committed suicide due to this. Please do the needful and ask Custodian from Registrar to take things in their end
