Galaxy Packers And Movers — Not turning up and gave false promises and misbehaves

Hi quikr,
I have already raised a complaint against the galaxy packers and movers.. They gave false promises that they will pick my goods n shift to my new home.. They promised us that they will come by 6am.. And till 4 pm they dint come.. We maked more than 25 calls. He gave false promises that he will be in 10 mins in my place.
After my 15 th call.. Every call i made to him. He misbehaves by using the loud tone n disconnected the calls. This was the issue.. I already raised the complaints of them..finally we had a great time finding the vehicle for transport.. N shifted my things with the help of a person. Whom we found on road. But i dint get any response from quikr.. Pls do needful n take steps on this.
