i take admission in galgotias university on date 07 Aug 2013 and submit full fees on date 12 Aug 2013 that time they told that classes will starts from 9th of September, but due to some family problem i apply for cancel admission & refund my fee on 5th of September that time account department received my application and assured me that they will refund my fee with in three month. after wait i did not received any cheque of refund money, when i inquiry for the same they told me that from 5th of September they starts their class now they will not refund my money when i meet with registrar he checked my papers and receive my fee refund application and promise me that he will send my papers for process.when i call university there is no one interested to talk to this matter.there is not any concern person for this.they giving me number of accounts department then i get a land line no of accounts department that was wrong every one was giving another number and all was replied that they are not concern department now I am confused that what to do kindly suggest me how can i get my fee back.
