Gamca Mumbai — report not being given

My wife has done her gamca medical on the 5th of november 2019

Medical center name: medicare diagnostic center
Medical center address: india, mumbai, kanakia xillion phase ii, f eing, 119, first floor, l. B. S. Road, next to kurla bus depot, kurla west, mumbai 400 070, india

Her medical was done on 5th november 2019 for sultanate of oman. We are in urgent need of the reports as her flight is booked for travel soon. The medical center has confirmed she has passed but refuses to give the report to us sighting web site accessibility issues in report generation.

If the medical center was having website issues. Than how was it assigned candidates. They should not be assigned candidates at all. If the website is working and they are not giving the report than action needs to be taken on them.
We have heard stories of centers wanting bribes for the reports. Thoug this seems less likely but could be one of the reasons.
