[Resolved]  Ganapati Estcon Pvt Ltd — booking a land, but not refund money

Dear sir,
I have already booked for a land rs 70000 in mancheswar area from ganapati estcon pvt ltd named mr gopal chandra patra. But after booking land neither md nor any staff cooperate me to refund money. Than i send legal notice to md mr chinmay kumar das. Later i received a letter from his advocate that they should refund within 6 month, but now its crossing 3 yrs, but still now i am not getting my money. Request to look in to this matter and refund my money.
