Description of the problem: There are approximately 5 to 10 stray dogs that exhibit highly aggressive behavior, especially during the early morning hours. They chase after vehicles and pedestrians aggressively. Due to this, I am forced to take a longer route of 4 km to reach my destination, which is causing significant inconvenience and safety concerns.
