I would like to make you aware that, I purchased a flat in Turbhe Navi Mumbai 400705. The builder ( Ganesh Constructions, Mr. Tanaji Gurav, Mob No. [protected]) has cheated us and made false promises of OC, CC, Lift, Parking, 400 Sq Ft area, . he didn't provide us anything as per agreement and we paid the full amount to builder including all these things.
Also note that, I have applied Home Loan balance transfer of my existing finance company to other bank but other banks refused of my BT and said that Property papers are not proper and illegal property.
we are living in very stress and trouble .
