No matter how much work you are doing but if you know how can buttering, you can survive for a long time. Some People are sitting ideally and eating money still for the management they are good people. whatever the Company has the condition which is just because of the Mangement. And Specially Kapesh Shah.

Don't ask for an appraisal of the company. If you will ask then they will fire you. Also, If your salary is above 50 then leave the company before they ask you. I am sure you will never give above it but in case they give you anyway then start looking at your option. they can't give money to the employee.

Job Stability :

There is no old employee in their marketing department. You can judge any company through their marketing department. If they could not value these people who bring business for them then you just think what future you can expect.

Never do argument or Fight with:

Kalesh Shah, Gaurang Pandya, and Who are close to kalpesh shah mean HR. WHY HR? There is history. Make sure when gaurang Pandya tries to fight with you, it means this is the politics of the management and in the end, management will tell you to get out.
