I maheswar bahubalendra beg to state that one n. B. W. A was issued by the honourable president d. C. D. R. F khurda at bhubaneswar since 18.06.15 and reminder was also issued vide order no-551 dated[protected] and 484 dated - 19.07.17 to the i. I. C balianta police station bhubaneswar against sri. Chinmay kumar das, ganpati eastcon pvt ltd now residing at bainchua po-balianta, district-churches but till now the said n. B. W. A has not been executed as a result, i am unable to get back my deposit.
Now we demand to arrest him immediately. So i pray to kindly take necessary action against this culprit chinmay kumar das.
