Dear Sir/Madam, this complain regarding to.the empty plot which is opposite of my house. Everyone throwing garbage, dirty water into the plot. Even some people given there drainage line into the plot because of it plot always full with the garbage and dirty water. This causes we have many problem children are playing outside. Very dirty smell coming from it mosquito are increases day by day. Many harmful disease are spread. Please it's humble request to you. Resolve my complaint as soon as possible.
