Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that unauthorized acquiring of land for cow feeding is being done in the Sector-41((beside H.Nso.- 25)) and on your land. Cow dung is also dumped on the side which results into swarm of flies and hence getting unhygienic.
The problem is much more than i could explain you here . It is so intense that we cannot even open our door in day time due to the excessive foul smell and flies and its getting worse day by day as no actions are being taken yet. Now they have even put a shed there and increasing this unauthorized empire gradually.
All these problems have attracted me here with a faith that you will not disappoint me and will surely look into the issue as soon as possible.
