Garena — Free Fire ID ban

I have been playing free fire for almost 4 years. Id level was 59, uid-[protected]. I also play minecraft game. I didn't use any hack. When I transfer a file in minecraft it goes to minecraft file and it also goes to free fire file. Two days later when I tried to login, the login screen showed "There are some abnormal activities with your account. It has been suspended". So please unban my Id.
