Recently I have purchased duroCon cooler from gargs electronic & furniture’s which was situated in sachidanand nagar, Ayodhya Bypass road Bhopal.

Firstly they misleads us.
Because I bought this cooler because they committed that this cooler comes with exhaust crompton motor with the warranty or 2 season
But when I recived the product else I have checked it’s that it’s actually comes with cromptons motor or not so, there is no crouton even I called shop sales teams they said it’s not there fault even they spoke like ( ek bar dedia yo wapis ni lenge na humne esa bola ) but I have proof that they said.
Even they send me the damaged or a used product even after using 2-3 weeks or using, water is coming outside somewhere from cooler even I raised a complaint for 3-4 times from last 2 week since 14 days after registering a complaint no one has come to check wheater the problem is resolved or we call the thus they not pick up the phone after 1-2 call later.

Please help me with this unwanted, misleading shop persons because not even doing with me many customer were there but they didn’t know what to do because this saler were just taking money from customer that’s is not p providing services even making customers fools.
Please kindly make sure to cross check or strict action should be taken against them
