This is worst experience i face to charge Parking Fees by creating chaos by Parking authority people itself in Domestic Airport Chennai.
Enclosed copy of parking fee receipt No. 72611 for car No -8376 and pic of checking post.
I booked Ola cab to pick my relatives at Chennai Domestic Airport on 9th Feb and within friction of seconds Ola cab came and we board the Car but as we Exit towards the parking area there was massive jam created by parking staff only as they take more time to check slips and allow vehicles to move and there is No space for Vehicles to move quickly.
This is clear cheating and fraud to overcharge passengers by delaying in checking & pass the vehicle at checking point. they provide only 10 min. to pick and move out of airport area for any vehicle but removing congestion at check post is what job of parking authority.
When we argue with their team, they bring chain to block our vehicle and behave very rudely.
Person name is Anjan who did all this and Ramesh is incharge of that check post.
I was forced to pay Rs. 150 as late fee which was just because of chaos created by this agency team.
Even in front o[censored]s there was 1 more Vehicle was asked to pay Rs. 150 as late fee and they also start arguing with them but further they run away.
Request Indian Consumer Complaint forum to take this issue very seriously and take immediate action to stop such kind of practices in Chennai or any other city of India.
