Gati-Kwe — Not Able to Track my Bike with the Docket Number[protected]

I booked my Bike on 3rd December from Kanpur to Surat and got a docket number (receipt). I was able to track the day after and status showed the bike had reached Lucknow on 4th Dec 2021. Now I am not able to track it since today 5 Dec 2021. The error message shows "CHECK DOCKET NUMBER".
