I am a handicap person, currently in very bad situation with my family and need your help and would like to report a fraud happened with me. I have been suffering from physical, mental trauma and harassed by a fraud company "Gati Packer Movers" run by Mr. Navneet Bhatnagar and operated by Mr. Basant ([protected]) and Mr. Rahul ([protected]), address and contact is mentioned below with phone numbers:-

The above company has no GST number, Registration number, License and TIN number. I got in contact with them through their website www.gatipackermovers.com and I booked my goods to be transported to the state o[censored]ttarakhand from Delhi. They picked up the goods from my house on 24th March 2018 and never delivered. They agreed to deliver the goods next day on 25th Mach 2018. Now they do not pickup my calls and when they pickup they ask me twice the payment agreed in their quotation. They are using abusive language in their communication and threatening to dispose my goods into garbage or sell them if I do not make the payment.
Sir, kindly note that HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT TO SOMEONE IF I DO NOT GET GST INVOICE. Asking for FULL PAYMENT without providing GST invoice is against the law.
THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED ME ANY GST INVOICE YET.
THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED MY INSURANCE.
THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED ME DRIVER DETAILS.
THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED ME VEHICLE NUMBER WHICH WILL TRANSPORT GOODS.
TRANSPORT BUILTY HAS NO TIN, GST, LICENSE OR REGISTRATION NUMBER.
There office address seems to be also fake and they keep changing the place and location. They attract clients by offering low transportation rates to move homes and then threaten them and harass them once they receive the goods to be shipped. They ask 2/3 times the payment agreed.
I am in very poor situation because I have already reached my new home in Uttarakhand in a hilly area but due to unavailability of my household goods, I have to survive in harsh cold weather without any proper clothing, fooding. My family with small kids are suffering because of this fraud company who has breached our trust. My communication with them is attached in the forwarded email, please refer to it. Forwarded email has proof of documents which "Gati Packer Movers" provided us at the time of pickup such as: Item list, Transport Builty and cash receipt.
I have also attached my handicap certificate.
I request you to take immediate action against this company and resolve my situation.

Don't http://www.gatipackermover.co.in gati packer and movers.. It's fraud company and I also got cheated they took huge money and stole my item and send few items in worst conditions.
Their business is took your item and they ask you more money to release. They are fraudsters and cheaters.
