On October 11, 2021, after 6 months of no-response, or updates from the real estate organization Gaursons India, we received an email from the collections department, informing a one-time offer associated with our unit G-354 at project 16th Park View demanding rupees 4, 84, 841 with "one-year free advance maintenance and 100% waiver of interest provided above outstanding is paid in full".
In lieu of this payment was made from our end, on 27th of October for which no acknowledgment or confirmation was received. After lodging complaints in Consumer's forum and repetitive follow-ups, by the month of December, we finally received a person to coordinate our situation who informed us that our unit had been blocked since January 2020.
They have taken our money, never acknowledged its receipt, later acknowledged but the team is suffering so much mismanagement, every month a new coordinate asks us about the pending payment. Earlier they have promised in written communication that they would waive off interest, and now they are coming up with excuses stating that our unit doesn't count in that offer. The mail wasn't generic, it was customized to our unit, so how is one supposed to believe anything that they say. I and my father are highly disappointed in the Gaursons project, and will strictly FORBID anyone to make any future association with this organization.
