Gaursons India Pvt Ltd. — Possession dates not clear

Builder promissed to provide the possession of Gaur City - 5th Avenue Greater Noida on November 2014..but its high time now, they are delaying the possesion dates, as per there own wish. They are not clear on dates Also, not willing to pay the penalty amount as promiised by them When asked them about dates, there team member are unable to provide right information .Sometimes they say 20 days and sometimes 3 months . What the hell is this, we have paid 95 % amount of the flat. Is anyone can provide any solution on this please ?

Delay in possession is very common problem with all builders. but i feel gaursons is still slightly better in timely delivery of projects. i want to share 1 incident of me and my friend. i booked a 3BHK at gaur city in aug 2014 and my friend booked at some other builder in june 2014. gaursons promised me possession by september 2015 and this is not very common that i got possession 1 month after the date that is fine one month os not a big deal. and my friend who bought flat before me he was supposed to get possession by september 2015 but he is struggling for the possession and more over he is suffering with the non responsibility from the builder. he is facing lots of problem in the process and with the approach from the builder. he want to cancel the flat. so if i compare both the incidents i feel i am lucky to get the possession on time and builder's team response is also quite good. Even i faced some small issues at the time of possession but i feel gaursons was slightly better and transparent in the process.

You are right as market situation is very difficult for real estate industry that cause the delay in completion of the projects. its very tough for a buyer who has invested his hard earnings into buying a home and he don't get possession on time. but builders are also facing tough situation in the market at this time. that cause the delay we should be so harsh onto builders every time.
