My name is Pankaj. I have booked an apartment in 14th avenue, block N 190109. I have already paid in full to the builder. Now they want me to pay more 28000 as an interest charge. I have told them many times that it was delayed by the bank and not me. But they are not ready to listen. They have stopped responding to my emails. They are not afraid of saying that they will confiscate my property if I don’t pay them the interest charge.
