General — Software issue for booking

Software of old Air India for booking domestic and international flights were much much better and user friendly but after taking over by Tata, changes were made in booking software and now it is slow and not user friendly . Previous software was easy, users friendly and easy . Pl look in to and switch over to old one . However Air India services are required to be improved perticularly international flights . Toilets are dirty and no attention paid by crew members to clean it time to time
