Purchased a general split a.C. Last year. Since, day one cooling is somewhat less as compared to other a.C. Of different make.I have launched a complaint with the dealer from where we purchased the a.C. He sent one technician and technician said the cooling is fine as the a.C. Will take some time to start as compared to other make.
Again I Registerd a complaint with the costumer care a month back for service and cooling . They sent a technician after 3-4 follow ups, service of the a.C. Is done but the issue of less cooling has not been resolved yet. As per the technician he is not having the equipment to check the cooling and we have to again contact the customer care and launch the complaint .
I called the customer care almost 7-8 times but still no satisfactory response received . No body visited us to check the cooling.next month the product will be out of warranty and the company will charge the visiting charges from us. Was this information helpful? |
