Genpact — Need experience letter

I have left genpact on 26th november, 2021. I have worked in genpact for 15 years from April, 2006 till Nov., 2021. I have not received experience relieving letter from Genpact. I was from the Carlsberg process in Noida. Sub process is Accounts Payable- Duplicate Audit Team. Manager name is Saroj Das, Senior Manager: Manoj Kharkwal. MD is Mr. Manish Dagga. I have written so many emails to the genpact exit team and to my senior manager. I need my full and final settlement and experience letter as soon as possible. I am out of job. Genpact is fully responsilbe for my un-employment. Please charge huge penalty on Genpact, Noida- Carlsberg.
