Hello sir/ma'am,
I am geoffrey pitchen, an indian citizen residing in mumbai - this complaint is regarding our refund on an air india flight number that me and my family members (Veronica & genevive pitchen) were unable to board due to a delay because of a major accident on the express highway of andheri. The incident took place on the 24th of december 2018 @4pm in the chatrrapati international airport
The cabin crew refused to listen to a word we said and were not considerate of anything that we said, which threw the hospitality rule out the window. Coming from a hospitality background, it deeply upsetted me to see the standard of the industry decline.
I am a retired man and it's my sincere request to get me a refund of the whole amount of 13000 rupees and take strict actions on the air india work culture.
