George C V — Not providing service despite payment made

In April 2023 I posted a free ad on olx.in under Properties/Land & Plots/Kannur/Iritty with headline House Plots for sale between Iritty and Peravoor. On the expiry of the free period, I have been regularly boosing the ad every month on payment of Rs 999/-. When the boost period last expired, I tried to boost it again by paying Rs 999/- but was unable to do so due to some technical glitch on their website. I contacted [protected]@olx.in and based on their advise, I posted the ad again and paid Rs 999/-. When the ad did not go live, I contacted [protected]@olx.in. Instead of reading my email and understanding the issue, someone called Sheetal started sending me mechanical emails using certain templates she has been provided. The issue still remains unresolved.
