I Dr. Pankaj J Akhare was travelling from Yavatmal to Nagpur for official work. I was not aware that my fast tag has low balance since I had not checked my messages for balance in fasttag. After reaching HISHNAPUR TOLL PLAZA WITH GHAI CONSTRUCTION the person informed me about low balance and asked me to reverse back and go to cash lane where in the mean time I had recharged my account. As per the instructions I took my car in reverse and asked him to charge for return fair for which they denied as asked me to pay full cash.. I had to convince them that I had recharged my account but for some netwo issues ita not getting reflected in my fasttag account so they had changed the plain making it non functional.
I had to reverse my car again since the cash LANE was working on lane 2 and since there was a huge traffic jam it had become difficult for me to manage. Though inspite of all hurdles I had reversed my car again n went to cash LANE n was willing to pay 1 side toll again but the moment my car approached the till booth a person comes and ask the employees to shut the lane and again making it into fasttag lane and asked me to pay again full toll of Rs. 170. When u had objected to this the person started abusing me and also threatened me to hit if I dont pay.
When i asked him to show me his ID proof he simply denied and threatened me again saying he will get me arrested for spreading corona wher he himself was not wearing any mask or any protective wear.
When a doctir person like me is being abused and harrassed for being loyal and a regular tax payer how do you expect to accept abuse on our mother and threat of life
I request to take strict action against the person as firstly he never revealed his I'd or showed his id proof and
secondly as a doctor being considered as a respected person in todays society so how can he abuse me and my driver
Thirdly he had stopped my car for an hour blocking all the passerbyes way just to prove that he has powers torchering all the civilians like us
Fourthly how can he change the lain as per his convenience making citizen like us suffer and wait for almost more than an hour.
I personally request you to take stringent action against the person involved at HUSHNAPUR TOLL PLAZA ON 14TH JUNE 2020 BETWEEN 4:10 TO 5:15 PM AS they were more of goons rather than a helping employee at toll booth .

I WANT YOUR OFFICE TO REVERT BACK ON MY MAIL OR THROUGH CALL AT THE EARLIEST
