Gharpeshiksha — Subscription fees were paid but they arent responding

I paid them the subscription fees. Then they told me that I would be given a tuition and can start on the same day. But my account was not activated and they told me that I’ll have wait until next day which is today.
Today morning they asked me to confirm through an email to agree with the terms and conditions. After that they have stopped responding and the call is not getting connected.
