[Resolved]  Gibl — refund against excess payment done while attempting renewal of car insurance

While attempting for renewal of insurance of my private car br9d 0489 two times payment, each time rs.3466, was made on 12.8.2019 but insurance renewal was not successful. Subsequently i talked with joyita of organisation gibl and again tried for insurance renewal. After this insurance renewal was done for a premium of rs.3123 which was adjusted from the amount already paid during failed attempt. Balance amount rs.6932-rs.3123=rs.3809 is to be refunded to me. As per joyita refund was to be done in 4 to 5 days. Refund has not been done till date, even after more than 20 days. Kindly take necessary action for refund.
