Gillco builders and developers pvt ltd — Fake promises and fraud by company

This developer sold me a flat in jan 2013. He charged me 12346 rs in favour of service tax on IFMS charges. Which later found out that amount was not supposed to charge. builder denied to return my money. He took service tax in wrong intentions as he was knowing the fact that service tax was not chargeable. Now on the name of services he is giving bad services and kids are getting electricity shocks while playing in park . I am really felt cheated as my flat has several cracks in walls and floor. But they never taken care of this. Well i'll never recommend Gillco valley to anyone. please stay away from such cheaters.
