I had bought a gion cooler 2 months ago and it's motor has been damaged 6 days ago . I asked my retailer about this and said him for the service given within the warranty period.but he denied by giving the reason of covid 19 that he can't send his workers for the service. I carried the cooler and deliverd to his shop by my means which was a not my duty. He reapired my cooler after 4 days and he asked me to pay 150 rupees as his service, I asked him that this is not fair because my cooler is in warranty period and you are giving the service only for that. But he took 150 rupees from me which is against the warranty terms and conditions.
