We went to get a microwave oven convection @ girias bannergatta road, bangalore before diwali. The sales person (Gutyappa) showed us 2 models of lg 2886 brum and 2886 sfu and quoted price for both and we decided to go for the brum one. We were not aware of paytm mall offer - so when we were discussing all those intricate details, the sales person and another guy took our mobile and the payment was made, while he produced the bill which had 2886sfu. Unfortunately for us, we did not notice this at that time.
The product was delivered and amidst festival hungama we did not notice the details. There was a delay in them sending the demo and when we spoke to the sales person about it, he was very rude in responding.
Until the lg service person came for demo we did not notice the difference. Since it was more than 4 days since we made the purchase, we are not in a position to raise this to the shop. We have got the lower version for the price quoted for a higher version. Was this information helpful? |
