I have purchased 5 nos of bajaj pc2000dlx aircoolers from girias anna nagar showroom, on 16th of april 2016 invoice no cs/anr/97811. The people have delivered 5 sealed boxes on the same day by 7pm not by company vehicle delivered by there staffs in two wheeler. When i opened the box i found 3 pieces are totally damaged on front portion. I have informed them they told that we r not responsible try to contact bajaj customer care. Then what is the use for me buying a new product. I have struggled with them and returned 3 damaged pieces to them on next day. They have replaced 3 pieces on showing that there is no damage and fans are working fine. When i started using i found one piece honey comb filter is broken inside. And another is leakge problem another one is working fine. Again i was started to struggled with customer care. After so many followups they given a replacement stickers and replaced new product for the honey comb damaged piece. The product with leakage problem which needs to replace water tank and a knob to be replace. The issue is still not resolved i have following up with customer service till date same not resolved. Here the service guys are saying the problem is with the retailer was not handling the products properly. And confirmed only the product purchased from girias has this kind of issues. I kindly suggest peoples to dont choose girias any more.
