Hi,

I bought a godrej refrigerator at girias, bommanahalli branch (Bangalore) on[protected] with the following details:

Model/year: rd ep 190 pds/ 2014
Type: direct cool
Id: gi9aa [protected]

Suddenly the refrigertor has stopped working from the past 2 days and i reached out to service center and the service guy confirmed that the compressor has stopped working and is covered by warranty.

I missed the invoice and bill that girias gave while purchasing and hence requested for a bill and invoice copy. But they have refused saying bills are not maintained beyond a year.

Updated by Gokul Aswath K K I may have to pay completely for the compressor and the gas which will exhaust while replacing the compressor because of the product being faulty.
