I bought an 1.5 ton ac from girais ambattur chennai branch. It got installed at my new home. I have started using at 30jun-2016 and following two days observed that ac is not cooling properly. Logged call with daikin customer care 05-jun-2016 (Sr-no:maa[protected] service engineet r came on next day evening and told me that installation not propoerly done and needs to refix at different place and promised to come next day. The same was communicated to girias. Nobody turned next day morning after several followup and escalation service engineer came at 07-jun-2016 evening and done some diagnostics and told me that one of the unit having problem either indoor or outdoor and needs to replaced. And then he spoke to his service centre and told me that ask for replacement from girias. I have spoke to girias they are not willing to provide any replacements saying several reason... One of the main reason they are telling that noway connected with product after once its sold. After several discussion service engineer told that the unit has to remove and take to the service centre to identify the problem for providing replacement. They have taken the entire ac on 08-jul-2016 morning
And same day evening they told me that ac unit is working fine had some block issues they have rectified using ctc and refixed the same unit on 09-jul-2016. After that also the ac having same issue the problem was not rectified. Again i have escalated the issue with girias again they are telling the same old story they are not responsible after the product was sold i need to contact daikin for any issues. Even they are not giving attention for customer issue very bad experience i have done very costly mistake choosing girias to buy the products. Was this information helpful? |
