I have a AC compressor fault for my LG Split AC purchased from Girias Tambaram, Chennai on 13 Nov 2011 and I lost the Original Bill. Upon checking with the store in Girias Tambaram, Chennai, one of the Representative asked me to draft an email to the Head Office as they won't have any bill recorded in their store beyond 2 years. I sent an email to [protected]@giriasindia.com requesting the Duplicate Bill and I didn't get any response or Duplicate Bill from them. LG service is very stubborn to fix the complaint unless I don't produce the Bill. LG Split AC compressor warranty Expires on 12 Nov 2016 and if I dont get a Duplicate Bill before the expiration date I eventually need to Pay around 12000 rupees to fix the compressor. Can someone help me on this regard. Product details as below.
